Booking and Cancellation

• Cancellation: Once booked, the live reading service cannot be refunded. Please ensure you can attend the scheduled time before booking.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a live reading, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request without the need for cancellation.
