Returns Policy for Physical Products
- Defective Products: If a product arrives defective, please contact us immediately. We may be able to provide a replacement at no additional cost and you may not need to return the item.
- Change of Mind: Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt in line with UK distance selling regulations. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Services
Live Tarot Card Readings
- No Refunds: Once a live reading is booked, it cannot be refunded.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a live reading, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Alternate services can be arranged as an exchange if necessary.
Pre-recorded Video and Written Email Readings
- Refunds: Once a Pre-recorded Video or Written Email Reading is booked, it cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: Provided the Pre-recorded Video or Written Email Reading has not begun, alternate services can be arranged as an exchange if necessary.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
- To cancel a booked service, request a return, or ask for a refund, please contact us via the contact us page. Provide your order details and reason for cancellation or return. We will respond with further instructions in line with this policy.
